people isnt it obveous tsunade is narutos mother and yondaime was maried to tsunade. the hokage didnt seal away the fox in naruto's body. yondaime did. he was the only person in the village who was able to summon the frog lord.but doing so yondaime gave up his life to save the village.tsunade tried to heal him but (she stinks at healing people). after yondaimes death the hokage probably took in naruto.
